  • Attorney professional regulation rule changes coming

    Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Cady recently signed orders amending several chapters of the Iowa Court Rules, most of which deal with attorney professional regulation. Most of the amendments take effect Jan. 1. The list below contains links to summaries of the changes:

    In addition to these changes, the court is also considering amendments to the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct, Chapter 32 of the Iowa Court Rules. The comment period for this rule change has been extended to Dec. 30.
