Safe at Home is an address confidentiality program for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking and stalking. It provides survivors with a substitute address, mail forwarding and confidential voter registration and absentee voting. The program, which is administered by the Secretary of State’s office, currently provides services for over 600 participants from 62 Iowa counties.
